EpiNote

Where is my diary data stored? - Everything you log is stored locally on this device. It is never uploaded unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

Do i need an account?- No. You can use the whole diary without signing up. An account (email/password) is only needed if you would like a passcode so you can recover access if you forget.

What if i forget my passcode?- The lock screen you can unlock with your account password. if you've forgotten that too, EpiNote emails you a reset code so you can set a new password and get back in.

Can i log a seizure that happened days or weeks ago?- Yes When adding a seizure or note you can type or pick any date, so you can backfill past events without scrolling through the calendar.

What does the red button at the bottom do? It starts a live seizure timer. It prompts you when to giverescue medication, warns at five minutes (possimble status epilepticus)with one tap emergency call, and logs the seizure automatically when you stop

How far back can i go in history?- as far back as youve logged. The calendar has weeks, months, year views lets you jump to any year, and Insign covers 3, 6, 12, ot 24 months or a single chosen year.

Can I share my diary with my neurologist?- Yes. From settings you can export a PDF report or a CSV file for EXcel or Google Sheet, or geneerate a self-contained snapshot to send to a parent, partner or carner.

How do Medication reminders work?- Add each medication in Profile, then set remindertimes on the Reminder page. As many per day as you need, with the days of the week they repeat. Reminders appear while the app is open, and as browser notifications if you allow them.

Why does each seizure type have its own colour?- Coloursmake patters obvious at a glance: seizues tint the whole day in calendar, note show as coloured dots below the date, and Insights uses the same colours, You can change every colour in settings.

What happens to my data if I delete the app or clear my browser?- Because the diary lives on your device, clearing site data or uninstalling removes it. Exporting a PDF or CSV backup regularly, especially, before changing phone or browser.
